"in any event,we cannot issue all the details of owners for an entire co-owned property.
Is it your legal right to have the details?.Or is it,which seems usual in France,that if they don't like it,they ignore it!Even the Government tax office!

I have read your post about the right to get names and addresses of co owners. I own in Les Alberes in Argeles sut Mer and SGIT have recently been voted in as the management company (But only two owners at the meeting - not even sure if that's a quorum!!!) Within days of this happening I received two repairs and maintenance bills for the same period of time but different amounts! Reading other forums there seems to be a lot of concern about SGIT and this is the first time I've ever received a charge for such things. Hence I want to try to get in touch with at least all the other English owners at Les Alberes. Who did you send your letter to within your residence ie what post did they hold and if I use your wording modified with the details of my ownership will it make sense? Look forward to hearing from you
The right to get a list of all co-owners derives from Article 32 of the Decree of 17 March 1967.
The list in question is not a confidential document, thus the Syndic must disclose the same to any owner asking for it.
A French Ministerial speech at the Parliament confism the above (Rép. Min. J.O.A.N. 1973, p. 3910).

We can get the names of the co-owners from the co-op minutes,but are we entitled to the addresses and contact numbers as well?

I confirm that the duty of disclosure also applies to co-owners' contact details.
But does the 'feuille de présence' which is the attendance sheet contain only the names and addresses of those persons present. If so, it would be of little help as only about 7 people attended the last AG and 5 of them were the committee.
