Are there 2 types of commercial leases?

Bertrand,

You indicated in a previous post,that you dealt with "firm" leases.Saying that firm leases did not include the 3,6,9 year break clauses.Can you expand on this?

How would this be worded in french if your lease was "firm"?.

Maybe wrongly,but i thought the break clauses were enshrined in French commercial law,not an individual lease!

No doubt you will correct me!

In my lease the mgt company give up the right to do this:


LESSEE formally waives the right to terminate he is entitled to under the terms of article L 145.4 paragraph 2 of the Business Code, and any party wanting to terminate the lease shall give notice to the other in an out of court instrument at least 6 MONTHS before the term.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
