Has anyone a success storey in serving notice on a defaulting management company which has resulted in payment of outstanding rent - or if unsucessful what happened?
Most of those investors that had a 'Commandement de payer' served on Residhotel in February this year successfully received payment of their outstading rent prior to the company being placed in Receivership.
Where a leaseback company owes you rent and is not in Receivership, the one thing to do is to have a commandement served. Everything else often is a simple waste of time regrettably
