I hope you get paid now...If not you can serve CDP "commandement de payer" through a French bailiff.
It will cost you around 150/200€ but this will be entirely refundable .
The bailiff will ask the management company to pay you the rentals + his the legal fee ..
So that really worths it !
did you do this on the 'rent not paid' tab on this forum or through a solicitor?

No I didn't use the "rent not paid" tab ...I'm not sure you can recover the cost of £50 for this service???
I used the bailiff directly and get all my money back :)

Can you clarify please?
Does your service for £50 includ the CDP made by the bailiff or do we have to pay the bailiff on top of your cost?
In this case what is your £50 for?

We offer the same service as a solicitor offers. We ensure the documentation you need is in the correct format and we ensure it is sent to the correct bailiff. All communication is by email. When the bailiff emails his reply we tell you what to do. You have to pay the baliff fee directly which he adds to the amount claimed. But you cannot add our fee. Of course you can do this yourself if you understand the process and you know who to contact and you have reasonable french.
