Hi Folks
I am finding this irish Leaseback site very interesting. Would it be a good idea for Irish leaseback holders to meet up somewhere to have a meeting once a year to discuss leaseback issues? This is not to say that this is an excellent website with good information, personal contact is also good. What do members think?
A big association is being created in France. It should group all the current associations of various residences located in France. Please have a look at http://www.cbanque.com/forum/thread6878.html and post a comment there.
People will contact you if you leave enough details.
Please act. We need your support and your need our support to sort out all this mess.
Yes, i would be interested in that.
Personally, just mon avis of course, i think leasebacks should be avoided. Go for classis B2L, and pay the 12% to have them managed. My problem with leasebacks is reselling. J'y crois pas.

Yes
Sounds like a great idea... and would also be a useful way to form the 'seeds' of owners groups for residences etc. in case they become required in the event of problems in the future.
Any suggestions for next steps?
