FrançaisDoes anyone have any information on Transmontagne and its involvement in developments in Switzerland. I am in the process of buying an apartment in a development called Pracondu 2 in Nedaz in the Valais region in Switzerland. This is a leaseback scheme and the lessee is a company called Alpvision which is owned 90% by Transmontagne. We have been assured by Savills and Genvalco (the builder) that Alpvision is a ring fenced subsidiary of Transmontagne and is not and will not be affected the the Transmontagne insolvency.

I am an owner in pracondu 1. As I understand the situation, the swiss operation has been ring fenced and is only directley connected to TM for booking purposes. I am pleased to say that my first rental payment from march to June has just been paid into my escrow account, (pending full swiss legal ownership) so it does appear that the Swiss position is rather different to the French
Meantime, weve used our appt in winter and summer, and it is brilliant. The only issue seems to be TMs booking people who are pretty non communicative!
