La Joue du Loup / Superdevoluy

Following the collapse of Transmontagne an association of co-proprietors (ASCODEV) has been formed to protect the rights and look after the interests of owners at La Joue du Loup and Superdevoluy.

The association has set up a website (see link below) where members can leave messages and the association can pass information to its members. The site is conducted in French, however, several of the very helpful members are translating and forwarding important documents and information to the UK owners.

There are several management companies making various proposals to the association in a bid to take over the management of the various residences. It is important that the owners act as one, we need 70% of owners to sign with the same company in order to retain our beneficial tax status. Therefore, please do not sign any new lease agreements until you have received information and advice from ASCODEV. Any owners that have not yet made contact with the association please do so on the link below, alternatively if you would rather contact me I can put you in touch with the relevent people in the Association.

We are particularly trying to contact several Irish owners that have apartments or chalets at La Joue du Loup.
