hello all I am new to the forum
I did search to see if there was anything about this subject but failed to
find anything.
I am sure I have seen somewhere there was a change in the french law
about companies being able to terminate the contract at the end of 3
years. I know this was not going to retrospective but would like to know if
I am right and if so when the change happened. We are busy comparing
lease contracts in our leaseback community and have found differences.
thanks
Joro
I can't remember the actual name or date of the legislation, but I have a note that leasebacks entered into after 22 July 2009 cannot be subject to termination at 3 years. Hope that helps. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
