Hi all,
We are still waiting for our rentals to be paid for our appartment in the west coast.
The management company told us that they had "cash flow problems" and that the payment will be delayed.....It's been now 6 months that we are waiting for our money to be paid...
I have nearly finished my lease with them (8 years) and I'm wondering if I could run my appartment myself?
My wife and I just retired and we will plan to spend 4 months in Holland and the rest in France where I have an other property(so we could deal with the appartment ourself for the cleaning ,welcoming the guests ....)
Can I stay on the vat scheme in this case or should I reimburse it to the taxman?I tried to call the tax office but no one could speak english..
Any idea?
I certainly don't want to stick with this thief company !
