Hi, Does anyone self manage their apartment in Les Deux Alpes - can you please recommend the agent you use for renting your apartment and also cleaning of your apartment.
Hi, I have received a termination request from EG for my apartment at the Hotel Ibiza Les Deux Alpes - Can you please advise how you managed your apartment after the termination? Did EG request any money to access shared resources at your complex? The Hotel Ibiza has a swimming pool, gym, reception, restaurant, bar, games room. EG will still manage the hotel the hotel for the majority of the leaseback apartments but would they try to charge me or my guests access to these resources? I receive no response to any request I send to EG plus they also owe my six months rent....
Curfew in France and more restrictions now extended to many regions of France from Friday midnight. 2/3rd of France is now under this new restrictions. No closures though.

I have a studio in Avoriaz with P&V. They have sent a proposed change to the terms and conditions as a result of CV19. To me this feels like a stich-up and a thinly-veiled threat - either sign or leave ourselves exposed to them pursuing us for lost income because of OUR failure to make the property available to them during CV19 over the last ski season. Has anyone else signed this or decided otherwise? Any advice greatly appreciated
If the leaseback company is sold to another company are the leases automatically transferred, valid and enforceable or do new leases have to be signed?
Has anyone else signed up to a one year Mandat de Gestion with Maeva or other operator eg Lagrange? We have done so with Maeva after PV did not renew our lease. It means we still get the VAT cover. Maeva seems unable to keep the concierges in our area so Lagrange who also offer a lease in our residence (which we don’t want!) have offered a Mandat de Gestion too but with 40% fees to them! Curious if others have experience of these contracts?

On 17th July 2020 we all received notice from the Leasback company (Châteauform) of their intention to freeze all rent payments for 5 months.
We have replied requesting their last 3 years returns to ascertain their financial position. They have gone silent!
Thoughts?
