investment of leaseback properties. However, due to the
property market crash and the general financial position of
many countries, trying to sell my leaseback before end of
contract has become a nightmare. I have had three enquiries
in the last two years, offering silly amounts of money. I
am advertising with several agents without much success.
Any ideas ?

My first time on the forum so excuse me is this topic has
been discussed already. I am looking at selling my
leaseback property (I have submitted details on this site).
I am in touch with a french estate agent but don't feel
very comfortable about the whole process. Do I need to get
a solicitor involved here in Dublin?. Has any one gone
through this process...anyone in Ireland ? Grateful for any
advice.
