is the "Commandement de Payer" feature still supported?

Please advise if the "Commandement de Payer" is supported by "French Leaseback". I need to file against Adonis who has not paid the rents for Jan 2025 claiming financial problems (despite high rental traffic at the property). If Adonis is not able to honor their contractual obligations I would like to start the process to get my property returned to me. Thank you
