Has anyone ever received from 6660 from the tax office? If so what did they do with it?
I got one just before Christmas. All the questions seemed to be quite harmless, so I filled it in and sent it to the tax office in Moutiers. Haven't heard anything since.
I don’t suppose anyone has an English translation of the form ?
