The lease with the management company is coming to an end in October 2018 in this residence. Owners need to give notice to end management 9 months in advance meaning the latest of end of January 2018.
I know two owners interested to get out of this and was wondering if anyone else interested? also if any have done it already?

Following the agm in Les Jasses last Saturday it seems the majority of owners have given or are going to give the notice but I only have this information verbally and have not been able to talk to the association of owners.
It seems to be an association in Ireland and in France for owners. Have you heard of them?
It looks like the association of owners in Ireland is not interested to help owners who are not there members already. It is suggested by Rafael that every owner should give notice of departure to Hot Jass.
The notice needs to be delivered by bailiff and they have suggested to use Me MOUTON (mouton34@huissier-justice.fr )
