John - it is french law that as a co-owner you are legally entitled to the names of all the other co-owners in the building. I am not sure about the minute detail of this law but I am guessing your syndicate (the company which manages your residence which may be different from your mgt company) must give you some means by which you can contact them - emails ideally. Just ask them what they have.
I was with Eurogroup at Fontenelles - I informed them that I did not wish to renew my lease after the initial 9 years - they demanded 32,000 Euros as eviction indemity - after lengthy negatiations they settled for roughly half of that - I am now out and have complete peace of mind, this leaseback debacle is no longer controlling my life - my advice if you can reach an amicable settlement get ou
The group acting for PV owners is usually called SOGIRE and you can contact them via the PV Owners site to ask for a list of owners and email addresses. Sometimes in the annual meeting information they send you will find a list of owners names but not necessarily contact details but as Seamus says, they should be provided if you ask. You may find many of the other owners are French so will be on forums set up in France and not necessarily this one. I am an owner in another PV residence but stayed in yours on exchange this Xmas. It was really lovely! And very busy so your rentals should be good!!

We are just about to start negotiations concerning
renewing our lease with CGH. If anyone has any information
or experience of these negotiations would be very interested
to know how they went Also would be grateful for
any information/experience from any one who decided not
to renew the lease
Many thanks - forewarned is forearmed!

Hi Chris,
Can you tell me what lawyer you used to do the negotiation, I really want to get out as well.
