Has anyone come across this development or got any opinions please?

It's in the centre of Bordeaux city - aparthotel.

developments! Agora des Beaux Arts is NOT Cap

Affaires (the one you are talking about).

From what I can can tell Agora is even better located

but I would appreciate comments from anyone who

has reserved.

Agora des Beaux Arts is being sold in Ireland by

Overseas Property Investment in Maynooth. It's slap

bang in Bordeaux city centre and looks very

promising. Yield around 4.2pc, personal usage

possible. I've reserved one.
