As mentioned in another post, we're looking at buying an apartment near Nice. We would like to hire an independent lawyer to guide us through. Found one on the internet - Fabien Cordiez - anyone any experience or can anyone recommend someone they've used? Also, management company for development is called 'Bacotec Gestion'. Anybody any experience of them?
