Tax Returns
I have been told by my accountant I have to complete a SEI or something similar - anyone know about this and whether as a UK resident you have to complete them? I thought all you had to do was a income return.

Seamus,
There has been a lot of negative press about Leasebacks and being unable to sell them on etc. over the last while.
From reading some sites, it appears that mostly resales are picked up by the french, fairly quickly, as long as "Location, Location, Location" is well adhered to.
Can you answer some questions on leaseback resales.
Why would the French be the main source for resales. Do they have added tax breaks ? I assume there is a lot more commission to be made off new builds.
Hi, Has anyone been able to negotiate a payment holiday on their French mortgage especially mortgages supplied by credit immobilier de France. I have been trying to speak to credit immobilier but no one is able to speak to me in English and my French isn't good enough to have a conversation about my mortgages in French. I have also sent letters and emails in French but I haven't received any reply. Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks
Nick

I have now sent an email to the central reservations but no reply. Does anyone know are they still tradingGerardy
Can anyone help please. I am the kind of person that always likes to do things for myself.
Last year I paid a company to submit my Tax return but they did not give me a copy of the forms so I still dont know how to do what I am sure is a very simple process to complete my 2031 et al.
Are there any web resources or books that will take me, step by step through which boxes I need to complete. I am non resident with just one leaseback - held for the past 2 1/2 years.
Any assistance gratefully received.
I am after a £5000 loan
earning £120 a week
If so, where is best to apply?
Thanks
This website states that if you have a tourism leaseback which you wish to sell then you should first contact your management company about resale. Some of the larger companies (like Pierre et Vacances and Odalys) have a resale department.
What is the advantage of this rather than an independant agent.
Can someone explain any downsides to leasebacks.
I am considering investing my sipp into one.
Hi y'all,
Does anyone have a property in this development?
It would be great to hear from anyone else on the estate - we could compare notes etc.
cheers
