Mortgage Redemption Question

Hi, I am hoping some one can guide me or steer me here. I have 5 years left to run on my disasterous Lease back. I have a French mortgagewhich I took out to buy the property and I  and I want to pay it off now.  Can anyone  advise me on the process  ?  I have worked out how to pay  off with the French Bank(Credit Immobilier)  but what I dont undertand is what happens next .....are there deeds to the property as there are in my home country Ireland?

Considering buying property

Hey,

I'm considering buying a house in a condominium built by the Terresens group. The house would be delivered in two years and would be rented out / managed by them (70-30 split of the profits). From what I've been told so far I'm free to pick which weeks the house is available to be rented out.

I have no experience with these types of properties, but it sounds very useful to have a company managing the house with minimal interaction from me.

Is this a good deal or am I being naive?

We have just completed the sale of our leaseback apartment.

Property that has been sticking around for a while has now all sold in our village - and anything remotely decent coming onto the market has been selling very quickly - I am told by our agent this is a direct result of the pandemic and the French wanting to buy second homes in their own country. Some buyers are now therefore considering buying in a Residence de Tourisme when they might not have done previously.

What happens after 18 year RdT status period ends?

I would be interested to hear any experiences of what normally happens when the official 18 year RdT status period ends and the building theoretically returns to a normal status.
For example:
Does the operator lose his rights to use the common areas under the RdT rules? 
Can the operator claim eviction indemnity for the common areas if the owners no longer wish to have an operator looking after the common areas in the same way they can for the termination of an apartment leaseback contract.

Does the operator quietly leave the building? I assume not?
