Pierre et Vacances Conciliation procedure

Hi everyone, 

You may have received a communication from a receiver/administrator regarding Pierre et Vacances Centre parcs group. 

Pierre et Vacances have entered a negotiation procedure forced upon you owners with the Commercial court support in order to negotiate the payments of the rental income due to the Covid. Any court cases against Pierre et Vacances will now be delayed until further notice and the Commercial court decides. 

 

UK Tax Returns

Can anyone help advise on how to complete the EEA Furnished holiday lettings section on a UK Self assessment return? From what I understand the big difference to the French return is that you cannot include for the depreciation which leaves tax to be paid in the UK? Any tips on how to correctly declare any tax due (wihtout overpaying) would be appreciated.

 

Rights To Common Areas after leaving Leaseback

Does anyone know of any resources about the rights of an owner to the use of common areas after termination of a leaseback contract.

specific problem we have in our Residence. The owners (not the Promoter) own all common areas including the swimming pool and spa. All owners inc. non leaseback pay for the charges via the tantiemes for the pool and spa areas. 
Our copro regs state that the pool and spa are considered a 'commercial' common area and is allocated to the Tourism Operators use for 18 years.
